My name is Laura Knopp and I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated with honors from the Harris School for massage therapy in the Spring of 2006. Massage has been a passion of mine since I was just a little girl. Two weeks before I was about to start massage school, I was in a terrible car accident and I broke my neck in FIVE places. I didn't know if I would be able to live my dream. I was in a halo for three months and bounced back very quickly, at the surprise of many - including myself. I believe that everything that happens in life is a blessing - however, sometimes it is a blessing in disguise. I would not have the compassion that I do today if it were not for some of the life-changing experiences I have had. Despite breaking my neck, I now have full range of motion of my neck and great strength overall in my body. In fact, if it weren't for my scars, most people would not believe what happened to me.
